Who am I buying from?
Our team has over 30 years of experience in the suspension business, including design and manufacturing. There isn't a vehicle out there that we haven't touched or worked on, so you can be assured we can provide you the best service in building your car or truck. We currently do business in all U.S. territories and Canada.

What is your Shipping Policy?
Orders that we have in stock will ship within 5 BUSINESS DAYS. This means that products purchased by the buyer will not arrive anywhere from 4-9 BUSINESS DAYS from the time of purchase. Shipping times can be upgraded, or confirmed by contacting us prior to the order - 714-632-7024.Products that are not in stock will ship from a different location than our Anaheim warehouse, and will take longer than the estimated 4-9 business days.

  • We ship most orders using UPS Ground Service.
  • Without the buyer's vehicle or contact information, the order may be placed on hold.
  • When orders have been shipped, FedEx, UPS, or Suspension Max will send out an email with your tracking information included - please watch your junk/spam folders!
  • International Customers are responsible for their own Customs, Duties, and Taxes incurred at the border upon shipment arrival.
  • Non Lower 48 State Customers MUST contact us for accurate shipping quotes, or be subject to additional payment after the orders, applies to locations such as: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Canada, Mexico, Guam.

WE ARE A PROFESSIONAL AFTERMARKET SHOP, WITH A FULL BLOWN FACILITY, AND PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION SERVICES - WE CAN HELP!


Buyer is responsible for ensuring product is good in stock, as products are sometimes out of stock or on backorder. If product is on backorder, you will be notified immediately about the delay in shipping.


Do not make appointments with mechanics or for your installation without a tracking number or the physical parts in your hands! We are not responsible for your vehicle stuck in the shop, you missing a show, or any other situation based upon the shipment time of our products.


RETURNS

If you receive damaged, misboxed, missing product, or your professional installer believes he is installing a defective part, please call (714) 632-7024 immediately. Our professional sales staff may be able to help solve a possible defective product issue! In the event of a return, the customer will incur the costs of shipping the product back to Suspension Max, unless otherwise notified in writing. A defective product is one which has been returned to us, for our in-house quality control inspection. If product upon inspection is defective we will immediately ship you an inspected , correct exact replacement , and we will refund you the UPS cost to send the defective part to us.

WARRANTY

There is a limited lifetime warranty on all suspension components. DUE to ride height uncertainty, our Springtech passenger shocks and struts have an installed fitment warranty. Warranty and Return claims must be made within 14 days of receipt - no exception. Our Nitro Gas Truck shocks have a 1-year warranty.

We do offer installation of all vehicle parts and accessories, please contact us between the hours of 8a-4:30p pst, Monday through Friday. We're out of the shop on weekends most of the time. If you have questions or concerns, please email us at ebay@suspensionmax.com. We do not offer installation advice, instructions, or technical help over the phone; please take the purchased kit or items to a professional mechanic to do a professional installation.

EMAIL

As we sell more and more, our email load is ever increasing. We do our best to reply to every email we receive, but since we dont work 24hrs a day, sometimes emails wont see a 1-day response time (especially holidays and weekends). If there is a pressing issue that you'd like to contact us with, please give us a call to address any concerns.

Giving negative feedback doesn't allow us to help you. If you have questions, concerns, or complaints about anything regarding our product, please contact us first and we'll do our best to rectify the issue, thank you.

Please note that we are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by the duration of time required for you to receive the part(s) you won / ordered, or caused by any of the listed problems and any additional time required to fix them, or caused by the use of wrong, broken or defective part(s) during and/or after installation.
